Verbal Consultation & Walk Thru: During this time, we will discuss our Eight Step Feel Home Philosophy as we walk through your home with “buyer’s eyes” and document those critical “first impressions” in each room.  Whether it’s de-cluttering, new paint choices, furniture placement or recommended purchases to help showcase your home, we’ll make the necessary suggestions as to what needs to be done and can even prepare a proposal based upon your budget so that Staging With Style by Roz can help you stage your home to sell quickly and for top dollar. 

Top Ten Priority Report:   This is perfect for the home that is well on its way to being staged but just needs a little extra direction.  This customized report identifies the ten most important items that need to be completed in order to improve the home’s marketability and is completed after the consultation has been done and is emailed to you 24-48 hours later.  This is a favorite of my Realtor partners who provide this additional service to each of their clients as they prepare the client’s home to be listed.  

Half Day or Full Day Staging:  After the initial consultation, if you decide you don’t have the time or energy to implement the suggestions on your own or are feeling overwhelmed, these services are for you!  Designed for homes that need a little extra attention and expertise, Staging With Style by Roz will work from Action Plan to transform the main rooms of your home to make the greatest impact and lasting impressions.  Our amazing after photos will be provided to you and we can also create a “real estate show” of your property for you and your Realtor to use. 

New Listing Service:  You won’t believe the difference a team of people can make as you prepare your home to be listed!  We will bring in our crew to help move out the clutter and transform your home from the place you live into the place buyers will dream!  We can help coordinate painters and handyman work to help get your home ready.  Then we’ll transform your home using your belongings and/or our rental inventory so that your home will make that model home statement.  It’s all in the details and this is the full service package!  We will take beautiful after photos and can create a “real estate show” of your home for you and your Realtor to use.

Vacant Home Staging:  Whether you’re looking to rent furniture and accessories for every room or just a few, Staging With Style by Roz can help.  We can also provide “staging vignettes” for key areas of the home if your budget is very limited.  Statistically homes that are vacant take longer to sell and often sell for less than furnished staged homes.  Staging a vacant home is truly one of the best ways to get maximum return on your investment and compete with the inventory of available homes in your market. 

Shopping Services:  Not sure what to buy or simply don’t have the time?  Staging With Style by Roz knows what looks appeal to buyers in your target market and can take the hassle out of finding those accessories that are right for your home.   

Redesign Services:  Whether you lived in your home for years and need a new look or you’ve just moved in and can’t quite figure out how to arrange your furnishings in your new home, this is the service for you!  Sometimes called “no-cost” decorating, this focuses on using what you have to give a new look or new purpose to any room of your home.
